| MAP is headquartered in Hong Kong with regional partners throughout South Asia. |

| MAP was formed by Edward Billson and David Clarke in December 2003 and they were joined by Karl Grebstad in June 2004. The Principals have extensive experience worldwide in planning and designing a diverse range of projects. MAP is currently a 30 man practice in Hong Kong. |

| MAP has a Joint Venture in China with Zhong Tian Yuan, (Ministry of Construction) a Grade A Design Institute. The JV operates under the name Archi + and has 400 employees in Shanghai. Archi + International (LKPL) are JV partners in Archi + China and work in association with MAP. |
